Beware Vegetarians!

A Malaysian court has ordered Malaysian Airlines to
pay an Indian Vegetarian Brahmin Rs. 2 lakh in damages
for serving chicken pakoda on flight (Times of India,
Pune, June 11, 2007, Times Nation Page 2)

All veggies should be happy to know that. I know many
cases where such things are done not in innocence but
with a vegeance.

Such cases happen more on Pak Airlines, may be due to
traditional feelings of religious oneupmanship. Even I
was served non-veg 'pakodas' on Pak Airlines inspite
of clear instructions to the air hostess to bring
vegetarian only.

When I questioned her, she gave a derisive smile with
a non-serious 'sorry'.

Now I am missing my compensation of Rs. 2 lakh having
read this news.
