Joined for support as am a patient diagnosed with sleep disorders. i.e. sleep
apnea, PLMD, PTSD, and narcolepsy, plus have some insomnia, FM. and menopause.
Have gone to a local support group a couple years but that before I was
diagnosed and many years ago. My goal is to help educate the public as well in
some respects..
I am also using a CPAP.
Suspect I was born with one sleep disorder and the narcolepsy came on about
puberty and the 3rd came on with the PTSD event from stress.
Diagnosed in 2001 just before my mom died.
