sounds like you sleep/wake clock is messed up You need to go to a reputable sleep center and have them do some testing. Don let them get away with throwing up their arms and saying we dont know Ask them then who does and I need a better answer than that If you get a sleep study that should reveal something. If you think it might be a anxiety or depression problem you should get a medical person who handles those problems to give you an assessment I suffeer from depression and anxiety and find antidepressants help but I still have to take ambien to sleep Find out from the Sleep network on line about good sleep hygiene so you help get you clock on the right track Also remember Spring forward and fall back We just pushed out clocks ahead by an hour so factor that in.
