Hi,
Yeah, my N seems to cycle no matter what drug, what amount, or how
much I sleep or practice "sleep hygiene".  It just doesn't seem to
matter, it is always there but the EDS and hypnogogic hallucinations
are everyday, somedays more than others. The sleep paralysis and
cataplexy are intermittent. 

I ran into a drup rep today in the docs office who wanted to know
what I thought of Provigil and I told him that nothing...absolutely
nothing could keep me awake when I was having an episode and that for
the cost, Provigil was a waste of my money.  He said he had never
heard of anyone not responding to Provigil.  Am I alone here?  I
taken all kinds of stims and still fall asleep and still have all
those other symptoms.  I feel tired most all the time no matter what
and this guy was surprised.  Has anyone else had basically no long
term positive response to Provigil and CNS stimulants besides me?
