Xyrem was a miricle cure for my brother. I am on provigil and not so sure about it. Some days it helps me be awake and some days it doens't. But then my symptoms seem to cycle no matter what meds I am on - grrrr. Even before I was on any meds it cycled. My life's a big cycle - lol. Let me know how you do. Danita in Illinois
