I don't have mood swings per say. But I do get crabby when I'm tired. I've been known to say to anyone who is bothering me for any reason "go away I'm tired." Rose

Mood swings get worse when i don't take medication. as my mother would say after a disagreement " take another pill ".  It could be that i'm a virgo which means i am a perfectionist, and i am very competative although i don't play sports.  Don't know really i just put the mood swings down to part of the narcolepsy, or are you saying that it is more like a symtom?
