Thanks, I have been to that site; I think that's where I printed the
form to be filled out from. I'm at the beginning stages (paperwork),
but I see my Dr. today, and hopefully she'll be encouraging as well.
And I hope everything works out for you w/ reapplying. Thanks again
for the encouragement and positivity (that goes to Nettie and IBC,
too) I find that w/ having N it's so easy to become discouraged
because w/ everything it involves when something comes up
that has to be intensely pursued sometimes I find myself dumping it
just because I don't have the energy to deal w/ it.
