This should answer all your questions about disability.
It is VERY hard to get, and I agree with Nettie, DO NOT GIVE UP, keep appealing and after the 3rd appeal get an attorney. I have a blood disease, Crohns and epilepsy and I tried for 5 years Many years ago and gave up. Now I have been told I have Narcolepsy and I just reapplied.

I dont know who they are but there are people who receive disability for narcolepsy. If it disables you to the point where you can not work or do a job you have done in the past you should be eligble in your state for disability. It will taka a long process and medical certificationof your condition and resulting disability. Keep trying till you get it and then you will at least not suffer from added stress. I do not think disablity pays much but it varies I am not an expert just someone with Narcolepsy I am not on disablity but may need it sometime.
