Just wanted to let everyone know that the consumer course Solutions for Wellness starts this coming Thursday, August 2nd, at 6:30 pm.  For those of ya'll who haven't heard about it, here's the course description:

Solutions for Wellness has two modules that mesh mental illness recovery with physical fitness, nutrition, and exercise.  Some outdoor and physical activities will accompany the class.
