Attendees who register for the 2005 Annual Convention by March 31, 2005 are eligible for the Super Saver rate of only $195.

The Early Bird deadline is May 20, 2005. After May 20, you must register on-site in Austin.

How to Register

There are three ways to register for the 2005 NAMI Annual Convention:

1. Online

·                     You MUST have a valid credit card in order to register online. If you do not have a credit card please register via U.S. mail.

·                     Click here to register online.

2. U.S. Mail

·                     Registrations sent by U.S. mail MUST be received no later than May 20, 2005.

3. Fax

·                     Fax to NAMI Convention Department: 703-516-0692.

·                     Faxed registrations MUST be received no later than May 20, 2005.

·                     Faxed registrations MUST include complete credit card information.

Member Fees:

Super Saver rate of $195 if paid before March 31, 2005

Early Bird rate of $225 if paid before May 20, 2005

Last minute rate of $250 if paid after May 20, 2005

Non-Member Fees:

Super Saver rate of $250 if paid before March 31, 2005

Early Bird rate of $275 if paid before May 20, 2005

Consumer Fees:

Consumer Member rate of $125 if paid before May 20, 2005

Consumer Member rate of $135 if paid after May 20, 2005

Consumer Non-Member rate of $175 if paid before May 20, 2005

Consumer Non-Member rate of $190 if paid after May 20, 2005

Day Rate*

Member Fees: $100 per day

Non-Member Fees: $125 per day

Consumer Member Fees: $60 per day

Consumer Non-Member Fees: $75 per day

* The Day Rates do not include the NAMI Convention Dinner on Tuesday, June 21. If you wish to attend the Dinner and are paying the Day Rate, you must purchase a ticket. Tickets to the dinner cost $60.

Confirmations

If you register online you will receive your confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you register by fax or mail, a confirmation will be mailed to you within three weeks of NAMI’s receipt of your registration.

If you do not receive a confirmation after three weeks, please e-mail convention@....

You must register on-site in Austin, TX if you have not received your confirmation by June 8.

Cancellations and Changes

·                     If you cancel prior to May 20, there is a $25 service fee to cover administrative costs.

·                     If you cancel between May 21 and June 3, there is a $50 service fee to cover administrative costs.

·                     If you cancel after June 3, we are unable to refund your registration fee. However, you may transfer your registration to another person. You must notify us in writing of to this change NO LATER THAN JUNE 3.

To cancel a registration or change a registration you must notify NAMI Registration in writing no later than June 3, 2005. All registration changes and cancellations must be sent IN WRITING via:

·                     No cancellations may be made via telephone.

Registration Policies

·                     No phone registrations/changes/cancellations accepted.

·                     Payment must accompany the registration form. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.

·                     Purchase orders must be received by the NAMI registrar by May 1, 2005 and paid in full by May 20, 2005. We are not able to accept purchase orders on-site in Austin.

·                     Do not fax AND mail copies of completed forms. Please register only once.
