Well, we finally have a house under contract.
The closing is set for Nov. 7th
The house is in Mansfield (south of Fort Worth, still in Tarrant County).
I will be moving in first, as my job will start on or before December 1st (I
have already been working some, but plan to take off after the 15th of
October to concentrate on the move).
I will be taking all my office eq & files and will work out of the home with
my clients that have decided to stick with me.
Bob's plans are less definate, as he has farm equipment to dispose of and
landlords to appease.
He hasn't got our house on th market yet, but we are working on that and
hopefully the process will go into overdrive after the 15th of October.
The house we are buying does not have a fence, so the dogs have to wait on
that.
I told Bob I would steal his dog if he drags his feet on joining me.
It is really hard to leave Lubbock & all our friends. We have loved it
here.
