After eight years as Ky Section Emergency Coordinator I will be stepping
aside this Sunday April 1, to allow some new blood to take over.

Jim McDonnell, W2LTB, currently a DEC in the Lexington, Ky Area will be
assuming the SEC Post in the Bluegrass state. I am currently working
with him and new Ky SM Jim Brooks, KY4Z to insure a smooth transition of
the position.

Amateur Radio and Emergency Communications have been a major part of my
life for many years. I plan to continue down this path, but in a lesser
role. I have enjoyed interacting with you all over the years and wish
each and everyone the best in the time to come. To coin a phrase from an
old TV Show, "Let's all be careful out there!"
