The position I was thinking of is "Radio Operator". I believe there is
a position also called "Communications Leader". Have not seen NIMS,
FEMA or other such online courses. I completed the EMComm University
courses for KYEMComm and NCS but when I attempt to print the
certificate I get "Not Allowed". Have just finished the ARRL EMCom1.
It's taking me some time but I am getting there.
