I am seeing lots of emails about 24 hour chart checks. I have never
heard of this before. What is included in a chart check? Could someone
send me a list if you have one?

Yes we do. They are supposed to check all orders since the last 24 hr. Chart Check. If there was not one done the night before, they should check all orders...
