Does anyone have a "helping-hands" type system in place at their hospital
whereby departments that are experiencing "downtime" can send staff to another
department during the other department's busier times? This process would not
only be benenficial to the department needing help, but also keep the staff that
would otherwise be sent home for lack of work, working in the slower
departments. We are starting to look at this process within our hospital and
would appreciate any input.
Thanks for any input.
