RE: [NIHMBL] Department Structuring

At my hospital we are trying for magnet. I am having problem to communicate the
concept of shared governance model. My ICU staff is not motivated to participate
in any activities. Is there any suggestion to make them involved?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
