To All Special Operations Personnel:

It has been brought to my attention that everyone is confused about
the upcoming exercise this Saturday. I am providing the information
that I am able too due to exercise guidelines.

Start Time: All Special Operations Personnel will report @ 08:30
hours reporting to DCFD for in processing

NCC Deployment Time: 10:00 hours

Mutual Aid Deployment Time: 12:00 hours ( Cecil County, MD Swiftwater
Team, Hartford County, MD Swiftwater Team )

Mission Objectives: 12 hour operation to exercise team capabilities,
search & rescue missions day & night throughout exercise area, Use of
FEMA marking system, Use of ICS forms, Logisitics & technical
information GIS, mapping, deployment of all water rescue resources,
setting up Base of Operations for team.
