This is for people who have given birth or are known to have the genetic condition that causes thrombocytopenia in their fetus during pregnancy. This is a support group and a place to share information about current treatment options.

I am PLA-1 or HLA-1A and was diagnosed with the birth of my son. He did have a severe hemmorage in his brain but is a walking miracle. He is currently 6 years old and the joy of our lives. :)
