National Association of EMS Equestrians.
A group for those who ride horses or mules and also interested in mounted search and rescue. This group focuses on EMS and also horses, it is open to those who are interested in learning about EMS and Equines. You do not have to own a horse or be in EMS to join, but you do have to be in the stages of becoming involved in EMS in some way shape or form and interested in doing EMS Equestrian things. The biggest priority for this group is responding via horseback to emergencies, as well as teaching those involved with horses proper treatment and stabilization of those involved with a horse related injury. If you are not mfr trained we will be holding classes in Michigan for mfr in the future. Also future group get togethers to be organized.
