Hello gang... I just want to send this out and give a special thanks to an old
customer
named Ava who helped find a massive problem with the shipping charge
calculations.

When she tried to order 8 ounces of fragrance oil she was shocked to see that
the system
had added $39 bucks for shipping to the order.

Turns out the silly system decided to charge as though we were sending out eight
packages each having a 1 ounce bottle.. Arrrrrrghhhhh!

After lots of tweaking, I managed to get a work-around going to fix this, and
notified the
system programers of this quirk..

In the future, I ask if you ever encounter something like this please let me
know because
there's no way I want you to feel like it's some kind of planned ripoff. My
goal is to keep
prices as low as possible to the best of my ability and I would never do
anything like this
deliberately..
