Thanks for checking your Snellen. That is a
"base-line" check. You now know that
any "clearing" you will see on that
Snellen -- so that you personally will
know your results.

Sit down and read with the plus 1.

Your reading will beging to "blur" at
about 20 inches through the +1.

Get used to reading like that -- and
"push" the reading away until you
hit that "blur point". Then move
the reading in SLIGHTLY.

The purpose of this "exercise" is
to insure you get the maximum effect
out of the plus.
