Dear Morgan,
There is one thing I always request.
That is that you put up and read your Snellen.
I think you are very serious about vision-clearing.
The ONLY people I know who are successful ALWAYS have
a Snellen and know exactly what they read.
I know this is like a diet -- and few people
on a diet like to weigh themselves -- because
it is frustrating and slow.
So take the time to "click" on the IVAC chart,
and find out the line where you "guess" 1/2
the letters correctly. You might need
someone to press the "display" button
for you.
Yes, you are going to see about 20/70 to 20/60.
And that is the HARDEST POINT -- but that is
the start.
If you "clear" the 20/40 line through this difficult
process -- THEN YOU BELIEVE THE RESULTS. Having
OTHER PEOPLE (third-party) do this for you
DOES NOT WORK.
So plan on real dedication on this work. It is
harder than going through college. (Sticking
to it.)
Set a REASONABLE GOAL -- of passing the
20/40 line. When you PASS that line -- then
the issue becomes getting to the 20/30,
20/25, and then 20/20 line.
I always like to set goals for myself that
I know OTHERS have achieved in MY SITUATION.
The goal (to 20/40) is not "excessive" but it is difficult.
So read your Snellen, and post it. And then
we can deal with all the frustrations of
"clearing" work.
Let me know. Accept this as an engineering-scientifc
challenge -- which is my understanding of it.
I can "cheer-lead" you -- but I can not
do the Snellen reading for you. Is my
guess correct? 20/80 to 20/60 vision
at this point?
Best,
Otis

about 3 years ago, however i began doing eye exercises after one
year, and have tried my best to go "cold turkey" without glasses on
and off for the past 2 years, even though i went trough a period of
contact lenses(the evil things), i have since gone almost a year cold
turkey wearing the minus only when necessary. Sorry to rant on!

practise pulling text away from my eyes as stated on your website.
