Do you see a DAN doctor based on the demyelination only? My
daughter had a reaction to her 6 month shots, but it was on her leg,
no fever. However, she has demyelination showing on the MRI at 13
months. My other question is, did your son have portions of
demyelination, or was it demyelinated everywhere in the brain? My
daughter's is everywhere, & her MRI looks similar to the myelination
of a newborn, no structural problems with the brain, just the myelin
missing all over. She has hypotonia & can't sit up or crawl. Other
than that she's very happy & easygoing. Her genetic tests
(Chromosomes and leukodystrophy tests) & testing for Biotinidase &
CMV antibodies came back negative. So we're stuck in limbo, not sure
of which tests & paths to go now.

I have a 4 yo and we are also seeing a DAN! we go on Thurs. to get
our results from our neuroimmunology panel. I have read great things
about the LDN but I haven't started it yet because I wanted to try
all natural things first. I have read that Spingolin or Basic myelin
protien can help with the myelin issue but have not tried it myself
yet. I think in the files section there is a link to info about it.
Myself and my Mom both have MS so unfortunately I do know a lot about
it. My son didn't have regressive Autism but had a reaction to his 6
week vaccines which we think triggered his autoimmune response. He
has demyelination that shows on his MRI among other things. Good luck
