Description

We are a fellowship of (Myanmar/Burmese) men,women, boys and girls who have the desire to share, learn, and discuss about fitness. (Fitness include--aerobics, diet, stretching, bodybuilding, speed work out, strength workout, etc). Our goal is keep our fellow country men and women healthy and strong. We encourage that you
exercise regularly.(go to gym or walk)at least once or twice a week.
