Hello -My name is Mary Pat Nally and I am writing you from Oxnard, CA.
I am working towards my Masters in Spiritual Psychology and in the
process I am writing my second book which is currently entitled
"Eating Disordered Behaviors -Honoring our healing process" I am
finding that I have issues that are resurfacing for healing as I am
writing my book. I got interviewed for the October issues of the You
are not alone newsletter and in my mind I feel that I should be past
all this and yet there is a part that is reluctant to let it all go
because 24 years is a long time. I know that I can heal my issues for
the last time -I also know that it takes time. I am not taking the
victim role -I am honoring myself enough to ask for support from
others who "get it".
