Hi all;OHHH!!! do I have a headache!
For about a year I started consuming "sugar free Wurthers",and progressed to 1 bag a day.There I was back in the addiction cycling around,around;like a rat on a wheel.
I ended up with chronic gas,cramps and was loosing control of my bowels.
It affected my entire life.
It was a horrible battle to let it go,step over the line into recovery,FAITH,using the tools of program,support.I am in withdrawal and it feels like I`m coming off of drugs.Like the flu.
I learned an important lesson.
That I could of stayed active in my Ed,or I could choose to press forward in spite of the withdrawal,or any circumstance,to see what God has been wanting to give me,or see.
What started out small,ended up huge!
Sooo onward toward the next steppingstone.
Nothing in my recovery is lost,but used for a better future.
