I wish I could help!! We are in St. Augustine, FL and are having a very hard
time finding anyone to help. We have done the Jax and Gainesville thing. I did
run across a Edward Valenstein M.D. Director in Gainesville in one of my many
searches. Also, There is a Mayo Clinic in Jax that only sees adults.
