As many of you know Regina holds the title of ICOH Mercury Empress IX as well (as she served as the ninth Empress of RSICS), so her experience of course stands as an example to many. As we close out the final half of Reign II, The Rise of the Celestial Frontier - the Reign of Continuance, Courage and Chaos...Keith Vyvial and Regina Dane will make a positive difference not only for ICOH - but for the community in general.
