Daryl - Will you please pass this email to all the MCAF members.
I just spoke to Russell's wife. She advised me that Russell will not make it. The doctor just advised her that he may only make it for a few more days. All of his organs are shutting down. It is just a matter of time. She said anyone that would like to go by the hospital and see him/say their goodbyes are welcome to do so. She knew he was volunteering, but I don't think she knew what MCAF was really about.

His wife's name is Paula and it sound like she could use some support / friendly faces. Try not to call Russell's cell phone to much, she is taking it hard. She told me she will call me and let me know when the funeral arrangements are made so that I can pass them along to all the MCAF members and all his friends.
As many of you know, Russell was laid off from his job. I will be taking a collection for his wife and children. I think one of his kids is in college and the other is a teenager living at home. If you want to contribute anything, PLEASE CALL ME A.S.A.P. on my cell 713-818-4989.
