Ladies & Gentlemen,

As most of you know Jerry Chandler & Tim Clements lost their lives this weekend to two drunk drivers on their way home from a Benefit show.   Neither Jerry nor Tim had insurance to cover the cost of their Funerals nor do their families have the resources.  We are making a plea for help for the Houston Community that Jerry & Tim worked so hard to support.   This Friday, February 20, 2004 we have planned a benefit show at Michael’s Outpost to start at 8:00 pm.  Bob Skinner and I will start taking music at 7:00 pm.  This show will be done on a first come first serve basis.   All proceeds from this show will go directly to the funeral homes that Jerry & Tim’s families choose for their services.   Please note this “non-organizational” show is completely open, all organizations and title holders are asked to please try to be at this show to help.  Jerry helped many organizations in his life, he now needs our help.  Just to give everyone an idea, we are trying to help both families raise about $3000.00 each or $6000.00 total.  This will cover only a minimal service. 

Also, just to let everyone know, no decisions have been made on services for either Jerry or Tim, however Jerry’s family is in negotiation with a funeral home and decisions should be made by the end of the day tomorrow. I will make sure to keep everyone posted.

Again, please help if you can.   By Friday we should have available the name of the funeral home, so that checks maybe written directly.
