Ladies and Gentleman,

Well, wedding season is in full swing, so it's only fitting for The Miss Camp America Foundation to announce "JUNE BRIDE", MCAF's spoof on weddings.   This event will take place Sunday, June 8, 2003 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Brazos River Bottom, and as usual we are asking for help from the clubs and organization of the Houston community.

Your club or organization can help by putting together a wedding party to be presented at this event.  Basically a wedding party consists of a group of people performing in a 4-5 min skit, with a themed cake topper & Garter to be auctioned.    You can also help by donating a silent auction item.  Like last year, to make it more interesting, the group that makes the most money for MCAF will get a free full page ad in the MCAF Pageant program (which is a $255.00 value) and complete recognition at the level of the donation.

This year all the net proceed from donations made to MCAF will be going to:  The Assistance Fund, Bering Omega Community Services, Donald R. Watkins Foundation, Montrose Clinic - Frost Eye Clinic, PWA Holiday Charities, & P.A.W.S.

PS.  Directly after our event The Colt 45's present their 27th Anniversary Celebration Show, with food starting at 7:00 pm and the show at 8:00 pm.  This show will benefit the Colt 45's general charities fund.
