I spoke with Claudia Shaw about everyone's concerns.

1. The contract that was signed by each person that ordered a tape
states the videos will be delivered within 4-6 week from the date of
the Pageant. She promises she will not hold beyond that date.

2. She always wants to be the video person at our pageant. She
loves us and says that she thinks of us as family, but she can not
have this cost her money, she just wants to break even with her staff
only.

3. She understands that there are some people that are ordering 2-3
video or sets, however she took the project on based on 25 individual
orders. If at the of the membership meeting only 10 people would
have raised their hand and Ted reported only 10, she would only be
expecting 10. Please, if you raised your hand at the September 9th
membership meeting to order a tape, please get your order in. If you
do not have an order form, Claudia will take it over the phone at 281-
488-0590 or you can email her at videomasters@.... Currently she
is at 15 orders.


This brings me to another point. Since we would like to have the
video party at Guava Lamp becuase of all the do for us, the "MCAF
Video Viewing Party"/September Rush Event will be held On Saturday,
October 12th at 7:30pm @ Guava Lamp.

Unfortunatly, Gauva will not be able to let us use the bar on Sundays
because of the football party they have during the Texan's Games. I
will make sure something goes out in the mail by end of the week to
give everyone the date.
