The following are the list rules ~

1) Spamming the group or its members will not be tolerated. This includes diet products and ads for other groups.
2) Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Flaming members for any reason will not be tolerated.
3) All members must keep their membership at 'special notices' if they chose not to receive messages from the group via digest or individual emails.
4) Incidental off topic posts are ok, just keep them to a minimum and mark them (OT).
5) Please do not send forwards of unrelated information to the group members.
