MigraineHealth embraces
traditional and other approaches to healing, thus we need people who join to think beyond medications for health and successful management of migraines. I don't want us to just compare notes on pills-medications (there are other Migraine lists for that) because, while I still use meds, I have found more relief in radically altering my lifestyle and diet over a long-term. Life encompasses body - mind - spirit.
Here you will find an outlet for your frustrations, your set-backs, your triumphs and your joys. Share with others your techniques and tips on what helps your migraines and hear from others as they do the same.
