We are doing milk kefir and would like to try some of the different kinds of
ferments. My question would be, is will they work.
We use a combination of Vance's Dairy Free and tofu to make the milk to ferment.
The grains love it and it separates and I have curds and whey in just a little
while....like 2-4 hrs... I know that soy is not good for us...but when your diet
is so limited as ours is...ya do what ya gotta do.
