Welcome to Michigan TOPS!

This is a list for TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) members in the state of Michigan! Just a great place to come between your weekly meetings for support, recipes, encouragement, success stories, or just to talk about how your doing OR how you would like to be doing.

You don't have to be from Michigan to join this group, but most news and/or information will be concerning TOPS activities or functions around the State of Michigan.

This is an un-official TOPS email loop and is not monitored or endorsed in any way by TOPS CLUB, Inc, just an individual group of TOPS members looking for a little support between our weekly meetings and a way to find out what fun things are going on in other chapters around the state.
So c'mon in, grab a bottle of water or cup or coffee, take yer shoes off -let's lose some pounds and have some fun together while doin' it!

NOTE: Due to the sensitive nature of this list - membership is based upon approval and will be temporarily moderated upon first arrival. After which members can post freely, if any concerns arise over a members post they may be placed back on moderated mail again.
