This award is presented to a select group of Direct Support Professionals who have made it their mission to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities by consistently demonstrating the highest standards of excellence, creativity, caring and commitment. Provider organizations throughout the field are encouraged to nominate a member of their staff for this esteemed award.
