Hi Nancy,

I'm sorry to say we have not updated it. I've attached what we have in a
Word doc so you can click on the links. A PDF is also on our web site. I
was off work for quite some time due to my husband's illness (he is
coming along well), and working just part time for now. I will give this
to Jill in our office to update. Once updated we'll e-mail it to you.
She working on some urgent projects at this time, so it may take a week
or two.  Thanks for your interest.
