Description

Disorganization is the "earmark of adult Attention Deficit Disorder," according to Dale Jordan In Attention Deficit Disorder. In his excellent book, ADD Success Stories,Thom Hartman states, "People with ADD are often disorganized and cluttered and can benefit tremendously from learning organizational strategies that teach them how to impose order and systems on their schooling or work."

In her book, Women with Attention Deficit Disorder, Sari Solden writes that "disorganization in one form or another is the subject that most women with ADD talk about the most in counseling either
*the stress of living with it,
*strategies for dealing with it,
*or the emotions surrounding it."

This site is for those who are very distractible, whether or not they have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). It is a self-help group designed to provide motivation, inspiration, and information from other distractible people who experience the problem of disorganization. No businesses are services should be offered by providers on this site.

Attention Deficit Disorder is a medical issue and as such requires professional attention. We do not offer any professional medical or psychological advice or diagnosis. On this site we limit our sharing to our own experiences AS THEY RELATE TO CLUTTER AND DISORGANIZATION. Please focus only on organizing issues.

Each of the books by Sandra Felton are geared for those who are distractible. Go to http://messies.com/products/books/ for more info or call the automated order line at 786-243-2793.
