WELCOME ! ... to our Mental Health Self-Help mailing list related to our Network website at mhshn.com. Our main purpose is to exchange ideas and peer support more effectively in regard to recovery from mental illness and a better quality of life for all of us. Our mailing list feature, when you sign up as a member, keeps you up-to-date about new pages at our self-help Network website, chat times and topics, plus some occasional news articles or advocacy information. Members can reply with comments or suggestions by E-mail. There is an archive here of all old "Messages" (by month below) for members to review later, so we do not have to save everything in our personal mail files. Our chats for members only emphasize real ways to get more effective treatment, significantly improve our everyday lives, and join with others in advocating for a better mental health system and the lessening of social stigma.
