This group is designed to be a support to women who have experienced a uterine rupture: through the grief of losing a child, through the joys and hardships of raising a child with a disability, through the trauma of a hysterectomy and all the other things that can and do accompany a uterine rupture. Our second purpose is to reach out to and inform others who are struggling in a decision about labor and delivery options, especially VBAC. The group is called Meghan's Wish because the owner of the group lost a child due to a uterine rupture named Meghan Danielle. The owner believes that it was Meghan's wish that she form a group to help and support others who have experienced a rupture or who are struggling over a decision about how to bring their unborn child into this world.
