Welcome to our group for people with diabetes, Type 1s and Type 2s are
both welcome, as are newbies and veterans, as are people who care about people with diabetes. Our purpose is self empowerment - to help each other gain and keep control of our condition.

We have a sister group called Medical_DiabetesLightBulbs
which you can find at
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Medical_DiabetesLightbulbs.
There we post exercise tips, recipes and the likes.
On our main list we also are offering a place to record your daily BG's and notes. This may be printed for you as well.
We are establishing a wide network of links and resources for you as well.

We don't have many rules for each group, but here are a few:
1. No spamming.
2. NO flaming. Flames will earn you moderated status, or get you banned for repeated offenses.
3. No commercial messages. You can mention a product that works for you, but no offers to sell anything.
4. Off topic posts are OK.
5. Be ready to enjoy yourself.
6. If someone upsets you please contact one of our moderators and request assistance. We are here to help.
