Anybody out there? I have cases of bags for a patrol pump coming out
of my ears. Anyone interested? Totally free, just pay postage. I
also have a box of "simply thick" beverage thickener free for the
asking, you pay postage. Where'd everyone go?
Did you sell this wheelchair?--

We just got one for our son and so far we love it. We love how small
it folds up. It actually fits in the back of the van without having
to take the back seat out. He had a bugsy walker before so he is
still getting used to the crocodile. The bugsy had him leaning on
his forearms. It was also very quick to get, I think that it only
took two weeks whereas in the past it had been several months.
Have you thought about going to your local children's hospital to see
if they have one there that you can try?
Good luck!!

I can not speak about the crocodile trainer however
the bronco by snug seat is wounderful. It is the only
gait trainer that has worked for my son.

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has used the crocodile gait trainer by snug seat - we
are planning
to get one and want to know what others have experienced. We can't seem to find
one to
test out.

Our son has outgrown his TriLo hand trike and we are offering it at
$250+ s/h to anyone interested. It has been a great trike for him, he
has no leg function. The trike is red with brand new tires. The chain
drive was just recently overhauled and runs great. Pictures are
available upon request. This trike sold new for just under $1000. We
have had it three years.
Sarah,
mom to Sam, 8, born with Spina Bifida, not slowed down by it one bit.
we got the one for bigger kids, not
knowing how big our son would grow. It can fit an adult. We just pop the
wheels off, fold it down and go everywhere! We have even fit chair inserts in
it when he needed more support.

Michelle MOM TO KENNETH Kenneth is an extremely lovable 7 year old that has: Mitochondrial Disease w/ Complex I, ADHD, Hypothyroidism, Severe Asthma, Latex Allergy, Tape Allergy, Seizure Disorder, Chorea, Ataxia, SID (Sensory Integration Disorder), MH precaution and weak muscles and a set of the prettiest blue eyes you've ever seen.
We bought
a baby jogger for handicapped, then bought a double as we added to our family,
we have had the first one 12 years and it has gone everywhere, beach, hiking
etc. and still in decent shape and the double has been thru three kids now and
still fits our small 14 yr old with cp. I would recommend them both highly and
their customer service is great- they are worth the money- get the alloy
wheels, they last forever!

I have tons of kangaroo
enteral feeding bags, suction tubing, some iv supplies including a blood test
kit and heparin and saline flushes. I have looked on ebay and it seems that
the feeding bags don’t sell. So I wonder if anyone here might be interested in any of
these items?

included. Used several years still in good shape. It is a 20-inch chair

We have a Jay Fit wheelchair seating system, with lateral supports,
headrest, foot plates It will work for a small child under 3 yrs old.
We took it off her Zippie TLC....so I know if fits that
wheelchair....but am sure the system will work on other wheelchair
models as well
All I am asking is $50 including shipping.

I am listing a complete Rifton Blue Wave Tolieting System (the
small size) in beautiful condition for sale at 1/2 the price of a new
system at $550+s/h. Our son has outgrown the current system and we
are needing to let it go so we can get a new system (not enough room
in the house). This is the complete system as seen on Rifton's
website:
http://www.rifton.com/products/hygiene/toiletingsystems/features.html
It comes with the Small seat, high back, anterior support, frame and
pan (very useful for tolieting privately in a room or to be mobile),
footboard, abductor, soft deflector (great for smaller kids) and the
toliet seat mounting bar (I have to find but am pretty sure I have it
also). The system has been a life saver for us. Our son started
with this system at 2 years old and is just now out growing it at 8
years old (unlike his wheelchairs that we seem to have to replace
every year.) My favorite thing about the chair is it can be easily
washed with a hose and air dried, a little spritz with a sanitizer,
zap with a hose and it is clean as a whistle. It is easy to take
apart, flexible for all types of lifestyles, can be used as a bath
chair for roll in shower systems, provides extended support with the
high back, and easily adjusted to fit many needs.
The system comes from a smoke-free home, has been well cared for, and
can be shipped in the US. Please email me directly with questions:
sapphyres_quest@.... Paypal only please. Thank you.
Preferably with a head rest and trunk support.
If you have one your child has outgrown, please let me know its
condition and your asking price.
Our insurance/medicaid just bought a Kimba 6 months ago but we still
need something supportive and less bulky our Respite provider can use
to take our small 3 year old with severe CP swimming 2x a week :)
Thanks!
Erin
That is a great suggestion, I hadn't thought about . Thank you.
