JCT: Last Monday, last day as usual, I registered in the
Sep 17 2007 federal byelection called in the Montreal riding
of Outremont. There is an all-time high 12 candidates!
Alexandre Amirizian (Canadian Action Party)
Romain Angeles (Independent)
Mahmood Raza Baig (Independent)
Jocelyn Coulon (Liberal Party of Canada)
Gilles Duguay (Conservative Party of Canada)
Jean-Paul Gilson (Bloc Quebecois)
Francois Yo Gourd (neorhino.ca)
Jocelyne Leduc (Independent)
Regent Millette (Independent)
Thomas Mulcair (New Democratic Party)
Francois Pilon (Green Party of Canada)
John C. Turmel (Independent)
JCT: The Canada Action Party (CAP) are the guys who want the
Bank of Canada to fund 50% of the bank loans and the private
banks 50%. I want to Bank of Canada funding the whole vast
debt load compared to CAP with their half-vast idea. The
Greens have social currency on their program but never
highlight nor make use of it. I guess that with so many,
there may not be any debates.
When I register by Sep 18 in the Ontario general election,
number 66, it'll be another double, contesting two elections
at the same time.
I've contested two triples, municipal, provincial,l federal
at the same time and a few doubles, so it's not real big
deal.
