Chris Leafloor examines Parker on Parker's Affidavit
claiming Superior Court of Ontario Pitt criminal
jurisdiction ruling still exists to permit his possession of
his anti-epileptic-seizure herb. The Crown is trying to
prove that it was set aside under the Civil Rules. The
Crown's evidence has been tendered by Leafloor's assistant
Crown Attorney Mark Coulter in an affidavit so we filed our
Notice to examine him. And:

Dear sir:
Your affidavit has no mention of why the Crown chose to have
Parker's marijuana intercepted by Canada Post now? It's
going to be asked. Please find out who authorized the Canada
Post interception too.
