Marc Emery is guilty of exporting heretical ideas to Dumdum
Land.

Emery is a paid mole for the Canadian Feds'. All one has to
do is compare his words to his actions.
He's a businessman first and foremost and the Canadian Fed's
"deal" was simply too good to turn down. It has made him a
millioniare already.
He is ALLOWED to sell cannabis seeds without any
interference from the law, in return for his services in
preventing news that Cannabis Prohibition is no longer a
legal reality in Canada, and any other actions the Fed needs
him to perform behind the Anti-Prohibition scene from time
to time to keep the prohibition cashcow alive in Canada.
Marc Emery is now the Canadian Federal Government's Anti-
Turmel Agent.
Turmel is the man you're supposed to all hate, because he's
the man who is actually bringing prohibition to an end.
Imagine how much money Marc will lose if the Cannabis
Prohibition is finally admitted to be over in Canada by the
authorities.
Who would pay fifteen bucks for a cannabis seed then eh?
This new layer of Pro-Cannabis paint added by the US Fed is
hoped to re-establish Emery's old standing in the Canadian
Cannabis Movement, where he can get back to insuring its
continued failure as a movement for years to come, while the
Feds lie to Canadians about Cannabis Prohibtion and keep on
raking in the cash.
After all, if the US Fed thinks he's a dangerous Cannabis
Promoter, then he really must be an ok guy eh. :)
Hell, if the US Fed really thought he was a true danger,
he'd have been scooped up by US federal agents and spirited
away to some foreign land where torture is legal and cheap,
years ago. In my opinion only of course. :) GEM
JCT: My thoughts too.

And in related news... It was just on the news today about
the Canadian Supreme Court hearing whether someone can fight
extradition to the US for selling seeds. The local
authorities said it wasn't worth the time to arrest someone
for such a minor offense, but the DEA wants extradition.
http://cannabisculture.com/articles/4419.html
It looks like the beginning of the US military-industrial
complex taking control over Canada......if they can
extradite you for petty crimes, which local authorities deem
unworthy of prosecution, then you have to live in fear of
them......and you "lick their boots".
JCT: The US are going to take over Canada? With John The
Engineer in the way?

GEM: Naw. Not in this case. This is just a paint job for an
old mole.
JCT: Quite an intriguing sheep-dipping.
GEM: This is a "joint" operation - no pun intended - between
the US and Canadian Feds, to help put Emery back in good
standing in the anti-prohibiton crowd in Canada.
Turmel has been exposing his every action and has caused his
reputation as a fearless Cannabis Advocate some tarnishing.
JCT: True, suppressing Terry Parker's Pitt "law is dead"
Ontario Superior Court decision, suppressing Marc Paquette's
"exemptions can be extended" Federal Court decision, bad-
mouthed me and deleted my online votes for the Marijuana
Party convention, supported Alan Young in all his "Oops, I
hurt the movement again" cases. Getting arrested and
pleading guilty and then lying about it.
GEM: The Canuk Fed cannot afford to have him actually
arrested by the US fed, lest he squeal on them to the press
and blow their scam wide open publically, so its gotta be
just a new Federal paintjob to re-establish Emery's Rebel
Activist standing by making it appear that he's a wanted
Cannabis Criminal stateside.
JCT: I guess the only way to sheep-dip him now is to make
him considered the official marijuana champion by the US
when the real herb champion for the whole world gets
ignored.
GEM: What the article does point out however, is that Emery
is allowed to sell cannabis seeds without Canadian
Government intervention and has for years, making him
millions of dollars..
So ask yourself, what sort of deal did he make with Canadian
Authorities that lets him sell seeds at prohibition prices,
that would get anyone else busted pronto? But Marc's no fool
- he's a businessman - and he's more than willing to do a
little protected jail time if it'll net him another couple
million.
Follow his carreer. Not the self-publicized ranting of the
Emery-owned Cannabis Press, but his real actions as exposed
by John Turmel.
Whenever the Canadian Fed needed someone to make a diversion
when their secret was threatened, Marc has been there for
them, ready to do whatever it takes to keep the Canadian
public unaware that Prohibition of Cannabis in Canada is
legally dead.
JCT: That's right. We have have him deriding the "law is
dead" crowd.
GEM: His last phony arrrest simply did not have the amount
of oomph needed to make him a super star, but being arrested
by the US Federal Government's DEA should make him a
Canadian Cannabis folk-hero over night, (among the
uninformed and the media-informed, but I repeat myself),
since he'll be getting major corporate-press coverage.
In my opinion only of course. :) GEM
JCT: Glad to hear someone else wondering why they'd be going
after someone who has done so much to keep marijuana
illegal for them. I think you hit the nail right on the
head.
