JCT: It's about time we hear from someone other than the
nickel-dimers:

M: The Mediterranean Tunnel linking Sicily to Tunisy

Assalam alaikum,

here in Italy we are working on a project financing of a
Tunnel linking Sicily to Tunisy. The cost of the work is
about 20 billion euros (or equivalent).

JCT: How many Hours is that? What's the basic European wage?
It used to be 6 Greenpounds/hour = 20 Greenmarks/hour = 60
Greenfrancs/hour. How many Greeneuros/hour now?

M: The draft project was designed by ENEA [a national
Italian state organization] and you can find it here:
http://tinyurl.com/a8vf4

This tunnel is an important infrastructure needed to link
North Africa and South Europe, it would be the longest ever
built: 127 km underwater.

Our idea is to print tickets to pay for the work. I.e.
imagine that we establish the cost to travel from Sicily to
Tunisy as a ticket of 20 euros: we can actually print 1
billion of such tickets that can be placed to investors that
want to stabilize their investment. When the Tunnel will be
effective, say in 5 years, the value of the ticket will be
the same (no inflation). As soon as the tickets will be
spent, the cost of the work is cleared.

JCT: That is how Harold Ballard paid to build Maple Leaf
Gardens in Toronto during the Great Depression, with tickets
to his upcoming hockey games. That's how Paul Demarrais
financed his Sudbury bus lines by paying his people with bus
tickets. Any token of value will do.

M: A reference paper about this kind of financing can be
found here: Walter Zander, Railway Money and Unemployment -
Deutsches Volksrecht, 15 July 1933 http://tinyurl.com/899wa

JCT: I have no doubt that new money backed up by new
construction is the way to go, interest-free.

M: We think that this is a kind of medium-term investment
that can be sharia compliant. We are working to create a
closed-end fund and we ask for anyone interested in
participating to contact us here:

JCT: Good luck. Lead the way in showing the world how a Big
LETS finances Big Projects.

M: Some more word: The ethical leader of the proposed fund
is the Italian Prince "Guglielmo Maria Lolli Ghetti di
Ferentino", from a very ancient family of Rome, the "gens
lollia", dating from three centuries before Christ.

JCT: If you are using your own receipts for labor, what's
the fund for?

M: In the Roman times, a silver dinar was coined by the Gens
Lollia with on one side the writing "Libertatis" and on the
other side the word "Palikanus".[a coin of 45 B.C. of
Lollius Palikanus, i.e. a "Tribunus plebis qui anno Urb.
Cond. DCLXXXI. auctor fuit Pompeio restituendae tribunitiae
potestatis, quam rem ut indicaret, rostra Libertati sacra in
Denariis signavit, et ex altera parte ipsius Libertatis
caput cum inscriptione, Libertatis, et Palikanus."]
http://tinyurl.com/9k29s

In that times, a Lady "Lollia Paolina" was the third wife of
the Roman Emperor Caligula [38 A.C.].

Later, three ascendent of Prince Lolli-Ghetti became Templar
Knights:
- Paolo lolli;
- Guido Lolli;
- Berardo Lolli.

The popular name of Templars alludes to their historical
headquarters in Qubbat es-Sakhrah (Dome of the Rock), an
Islamic shrine on the summit of Mount Moriah in Jerusalem,
which they renamed Templum Domini (Temple of the Lord). The
summit is sacred to Jews and Christians as the Temple Mount
as well as to Moslems as the Haram al-Sharif (Noble
Sanctuary). The Templars believed the Dome of the Rock to be
remnants of the biblical First Temple of Jerusalem. The
Templum Domini became the model for many subsequent Templar
churches in Europe, such as the Temple Church in London and
is represented on several Templar seals.

Templars are also supposedly listed among the crew of Henry
Sinclair's (Earl of the Orkneys) legendary voyage from
Scotland to North America in 1398. There is growing
speculation surrounding relics that would indicate the
possibility that the Knights Templar possessed the charts of
pre-Columbian voyages to America. Christopher Columbus'
navigators were members of the extant Portuguese Templar
Order, and the Templar cross was featured prominently on the
sails of his ships in 1492.

On October 13 (the unlucky Friday the 13th), 1307, what may
have been all the Knights Templar in France were
simultaneously arrested by agents of Philip the Fair
(Philippe le Bel), to later be tortured into admitting
heresy in the Order. (Some believe this act to be the origin
of superstition regarding Friday the 13th.) The dominant
view is that Philip, who seized the treasury and broke up
the monastic banking system, was jealous of the Templars
wealth and power, and sought to control it for himself.

Templar banking was without usury or interests, they only
got some fees for their services.

JCT: Whoa! That's the first time I ever heard that the
Templars had abolished interest from their dealings with the
outside world.

M: They employed techniques which they adopted from Muslims.
THE TEMPLAR BANKERS http://tinyurl.com/79fod

JCT: I checked the URL and it says they found a way around
the usury laws to turn their money into more. They weren't
abolitionists.

M: In 2001, Dr. Barbara Frale found the Chinon Parchment in
the Secret Vatican Archives, a document that shows that Pope
Clement V secretly pardoned the Knights Templar in 1314.

JCT: Regardless, the use of tickets that buy the product has
been used successfully before. Including King Henry I's
wooden tally tickets that bought tax payment.

What's the purpose of the cash fund and how increase to its
investors get?
