JCT: This is Paul "Legal Beagle" Burstein's bowzer of a case
at the top.
They tried to connect the Hitzig case to Parker again but we
paupers held off filing and they moved prematurely with
their cover issue: Whether the provincial courts should be
able to supervise the Federal Government despite the Federal
Court Act saying only the Federal Court can?
Har har har har.
So if the Supreme Court lets this silly question in, then we
know the fix is in for Parker's case.
