EAV: As a an individual, Krieger does not I believe have the
money to hire the legal help to do the things everbody wants
him and his family to do.

JCT: Bull. His lawyer advised him that he couldn't do it.
You read Marie Krieger's explanation of why they were not
going for the win. They might be harassed. And then two
extra busts.

EAV: As can be seen by the arrest record, the RCMP have
decided to shut him down. The "dirty licence plate" reason
for pulling the car over has been used twice now. The first
Manitoba arrest was a set up because they "immediately
recognized the name" and used that as justification to say
they "smelled pot" and search....

If they wouldn't get pissed off at me I would offer our
condos in some fashion as an alternative supply to take en-
route for them. That way they's be transporting authorized
amounts of over a KG/person in their car. If they had 5
people with permits, they could transport 5kg at any one
time. We are at a central location to his entire supply
route, within 800 miles of any one point of it. As well the
condos need not be a static entity, nor of any particular
physical size or shape, so that 16 units could in theory be
collapsed into say 16 squares 1 foot by 1 foot in a suburban
each of which could store perhaps 90% of the permit grow
capacity , so long as a nearly bare portion of a condo
remained at another location. Thus perhaps 2 people could
manage about 30 pounds of mobile condo supply at any one
time. If care was taken to manage the expansion/collapse of
the condo entity this is in theory a logistical possibility.

JCT: Krieger and the family sell out the whole movement,
they're responsible for thousands of people being busted
since it could have stopped and we're supposed to feel sorry
for them? I feel sorry for the thousands who've been busted
because Krieger didn't finish the win.

EAV: Health Canada have already said that they do not want
to give an opinion on any aspect of the condo contracts or
amendments thereto , which would set all this down. So it
would then be expected that a legal challenge would need to
be planned for. Most of these lawyers want to be paid a good
percentage of what is the going rate to take on a case. John
Conroy told me in so many words that if I ever needed his
services to be sure that I could "buck up". As a group the
medpot and medusers group have shared enough legal
information to save a fair bit of legal expense for me for
sure.

One thing that differs between JCT and those of us out on
the prairies is distance. JCT can operate everything within
perhaps a 100 mile radius of montreal and in a metro
setting. We on the prairies are operating at a 1000 mile
radius and in a rural setting for the most part.

JCT: Distance has nothing to do with it. Besides, I can
write up the Krieger motion to vacate the stay in minutes. I
already have offered the grounds. All they have to do is
print it out, serve and file it and sit back and have all
those charges recently laid against them dropped. Unless
that's the plan in a better sheep-dipping.

EAV: If simple pure actions are the measure, then as I said
it is not the kreigers who should be held to carry the full
weight.

JCT: When you're the only person with a shot at killing the
dragon, it's not time to start all over again. Besides, the
excuse the Kriegers offered for their refusal to move to
vacate the stay and have the law declared dead once and for
all seems too important. Who can fail to understand the
importance of Krieger not going for the win? Morons or
moles, only.

EAV: Those people who have literally a thousand fold the
resources of the kriegers are close enough to your end of
the country that you could visit them and impress upon them
the need to "buck up" to support the movement they have
prospered from as a supplier.

JCT: Support the movement how? Support Narc Emery? Support
Professeur Saboteur Young? Support the movement's Prime
Ministerial candidate, never-elected leader-for-life Marc-
Boris St-Maurice? How is the pro-marijuana movement to be
supported when every pro-marijuana organ is controlled by
the narc agents? That's the beauty of a one-man army. No
saboteurs. And so the General of Political Combat Engineers
is going to be providing some material in no time soon.

EAV: If indeed 7 billion is the annual revenue from all
forms of pot then it is a most criminal and certainly
predatory practice for those at the top end rely upon the
"pawns" at the very bottom to carry the entire load for a
movement. Let them take that to the bank and smoke it.

JCT: Your offer to support the crooks is noted. You should
be more discerning in the movements you choose to support.

Until Krieger moves to solve all his problems by having the
law declared dead with his own win, I'll laugh at either the
ineptitude of a moron or the exposure of the mole.
