JCT: Why not go the route that renders the law invalid for
possession and cultivation all over Canada? I'd guess the
only answer is that Grant's a narc mole who got unlucky with
his win. How else to explain why he won't claim the victory
for all Canadians.
Of course, wasting movement funds on court actions that go
nowhere are the specialty of the Young-Emery-Krieger cabal.
